With the UK in the middle of some degree of lockdown to help stop the spread of Covid19, we're all
undoubtedly suffering mental anguish, worry and thoughts resulting from the uncertainty that is surrounding us all. You have probably heard it said that you should 'live in the moment' or be 'centred', which, simply means to acknowledge how you feel and where you are right now - but with today's hectic pace of life and with so much information being thrown at us 24/7, this is often easier said than done.
