1: Let's Chat

I start with a free 30 minute consultation to explore what you would like to achieve through personal development coaching and what your specific life goals and requirements are. If I feel you would benefit from a different kind of therapy, I am always happy to refer you to my associates.

2: Book some sessions

Once we have decided whether personal development coaching is for you, we get some 1 hour sessions in the diary. Most clients book at least 4 sessions to begin with, in order to be supported on their journey towards the accomplishment of their goals. Little can be achieved in a one-off session.

3: We talk

Our sessions are your 'safe space'. You are free to discuss your emotions, fears and worries with me in complete confidence and without judgement. Together we will work towards resolutions and make plans to build your positive future.

4: Homework

Your goals can only be reached if you act upon the steps that we discuss in our sessions. We will move through your personal plan, breaking it down into achievable steps - I'll never overwhelm you. Between sessions we will both reflect on your successes and difficulties to work toward your end goals.
