As I've discussed in my previous posts, it's important to take some time out, every day if possible, to focus on the here and now.
In this video I've shared one of my favourite techniques for being mindful. I love it because it draws all your senses in, so is very effective at helping your mind to slow down and shut out unwanted thoughts.
