Motivation. Tip 1: Choose your first goal
It's coming to the end of November, the nights are drawing in and there's a damp chill in the air - I think we'll all agree that it's harder to get motivated at this time of the year! Whether it's to continue eating healthily, get out for a run or think about a new career direction - it's all too easy to just forget about everything until January... However, it is possible to stay on track and achieve what you want to, you just need to dig a little deeper, and perhaps just think about what you're going to do first.
