Covid19
Michelle K Ross
A healthy mind and body
We all have our part to play in stopping the spread of Covid19, and obviously, your health, mind and body are of utmost importance to me. Where possible, it’s advisable that we meet via video conferencing, such as Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. I have been routinely using these platforms to coach clients and am very experienced in picking up on nuance and tone of voice.
There are however, occasions where face to face coaching is the best way - perhaps when discussing sensitive or very personal issues. In which case, I adhere strictly to current government guidelines. These can be subject to sudden change, but it goes without saying that I will:
-
Adhere to social distancing guidelines
-
Provide hand sanitiser
-
Practise scrupulous hygiene (hand washing/sanitiser, sneeze & cough etiquette etc)
-
Disinfect chairs and tables before and after use
-
Wear masks if preferred (this can impede communication)
-
Ventilate as much as possible when meeting indoors
I politely request that all my clients also adhere to these practises - as well as provide their own pens and notepads. I always ask that you do not attend any sessions if you have either tested positive for Coronavirus, or are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
-
A high temperature
-
A new, continuous cough
-
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
If you are still feeling well enough to attend a session we can switch to video conferencing, or alternatively postpone to a later date.
Coronavirus has had a huge impact on everyone's mental health, especially those with existing issues or concerns. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss your coaching programme with me. I am here to help.
Get in touch for a free 30 minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
