I’m Michelle K Ross, an experienced and fully qualified life coach, providing practical and emotional support, to help you move forward assertively and achieve your goals. If you find yourself dwelling on past events or ‘stuck’ in mental limbo, I can help you to create, and most importantly, action, your plan for your future, in life, your relationships and career.
My discreet, private sessions are flexible to suit you: via Skype, Facetime, telephone, wherever you live, or face to face in Hale Barns, Cheshire (following strict Covid19 guidelines). I will give you the tools that will enable you to reach your true potential and write the future that YOU want. I have an accredited Life Coaching qualification from The Coaching Academy as well as further specialist qualifications in Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy. How I can help you
By touching on the root causes of your issues and through leading questions, I facilitate ‘Eureka!’ moments that enable you to tap into your skill sets and find your own solutions. My approach encourages self-generating and sustainable personal growth. Indeed, my proudest moments come when my clients feel that they are able to continue with a positive outlook - perhaps only coming back to me periodically for a ‘MOT’ to keep them motivated and on track.

How we work together
1: Let's Chat
We begin with a free, no obligation, 30 minute consultation to explore what you would like to achieve through personal development coaching and what your specific life goals and requirements* are.
2: Book some sessions
We get some 1 hour sessions in the diary. Most clients book at least 4 sessions to begin with, in order to be supported on their journey towards the accomplishment of their goals. Little can be achieved in a one-off session.
3: Get to work
Our sessions are your 'safe space'. You are free to discuss your emotions, fears and worries with me in complete confidence and without judgement. Together we will work towards formulate and action plans to build your positive future.
Your personal plan will be broken down into achievable steps - I'll never overwhelm you. Between sessions we will both reflect on your successes and challenges - you must action your plan to achieve your objectives.
*If we feel you would benefit from a different kind of therapy, I am always happy to refer you to my associates.
