What is divorce coaching?
Divorce coaching is essentially life coaching, but with a focus on personal recovery after divorce. Those who have come through the experience, often find themselves feeling lost, grieving the life they thought they would have, and unclear of their path in life. If that resonates with you, that is where I can step in. As a divorce coach, I can help you to find what your goals in life are.
By listening to you and focusing on how you can change your life, rather than the things around you that you have no influence over, I can help you to unlock your potential and feel more positive about the future.

Why use a divorce coach?

What happens during the coaching process?
I will gather information through conversation and questions to pinpoint what your ultimate vision or goal is. I will help you to recognise what is happening at the moment and how that is affecting what you would like to happen. We will then organise an action plan with manageable steps that can move you forward towards your end goal. The key to your success lies in your commitment to these small, but important steps.
We will focus on your own personal challenges and obstacles and how you feel you can realistically achieve it. By working together you will become empowered and grow.
